ESNNA Code of Conduct

To comply with Law No. 28251, Travel 2 Peru, in collaboration with the relevant authorities, has established a policy to prevent the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents (ESNNA). In this context, Travel 2 Peru has entered into an agreement with the ESNNA code to join efforts in combating this issue. Through this statement, we express the following:

  • We strongly condemn the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA), both nationally and internationally, especially when associated with travel and tourism. This practice violates the fundamental rights of individuals and goes against the essential principles of the tourism industry in our country.
  • We unequivocally condemn those who use the tourism industry, its facilities, and services to promote, facilitate, or tolerate the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.

In accordance with these principles, Travel 2 Peru formally adheres to this Code of Conduct against the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents in the field of tourism.

This Code represents a voluntary commitment to establish ethical behavior guidelines for all Travel 2 Peru collaborators. These norms aim to protect children and adolescents from any form of sexual exploitation and human trafficking associated with travel and tourism.

Commitments made by Travel 2 Peru:

  • Maintain an ethical policy that rejects the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in the context of travel and tourism.

  • Display symbols visibly to alert customers and suppliers about our stance against the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in tourism and travel.
